These terms form the agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Amolliate when you use our services. By creating an account or accessing the dashboard, you agree to the clauses below.

1. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate contact information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for actions performed under your account and any invited team members.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content to Amolliate.
  • Respect rate limits and infrastructure—no automated scraping or denial-of-service attempts.
  • Do not redistribute generated content as a competing service without our written consent.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellations

  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of content you create in Amolliate.
  • We retain ownership of the platform, templates, and AI prompts. Using the product does not grant you ownership of our IP.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without additional compensation.

5. AI usage

  • We route prompts to OpenAI-compatible providers. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data to AI prompts unless you have obtained all necessary rights and consents.
  • We monitor aggregate AI usage to enforce plan quotas and protect service quality.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Amolliate is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, with disputes handled in the Netherlands.
  • Consumers in other regions retain any mandatory rights granted by local law.
